By downloading, installing, or using the Figments app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to download and manage the app. Children may use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Figments is a mobile app that provides a library of personalized stories for children to read and watch. Story content, availability, and features may change over time without notice.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment and billing terms.
Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms, are presented at the time of purchase within the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any in-app purchases or subscription fees.
Because billing is handled by Apple, any refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. Figments Lab LLC does not have the ability to process refunds.
All content in the app — including stories, illustrations, artwork, animations, audio, text, and design — is the property of Figments Lab LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the app.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable if the app or any part of it is unavailable at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figments Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Figments Lab LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
